When it is necessary to send equipment back to MAV for repair or upgrade it is important that you are issued with an RMA so that your equipment can be expedited and returned at the earliest opportunity.

The form below gives us enough information for us to raise the RMA and send you the paperwork you need to return the goods to us. The paperwork is emailed and will include the shipping label for you to attach to the products being returned.

When completing the form below, please try to explain the reason for return and any diagnostics or tests you have performed prior to shipment as this will assist us in speeding up the turnaround from receipt.
